At EPS, our goal is to help with every financial in the tax office. Our NEW e-Assist1 solution is designed to make it easy to get payment from unfunded refund transfer2 clients.
How e-Assist works:
- Manage your clients and who you would like to participate in the program.
- You will have the liberty to opt in your clients with direct deposit into our program.
- If your tax preparation fee is still due 11 weeks after IRS Acknowledgement, we take care of contacting your client and auto-debiting your unfunded tax preparation fees.
- EPS collects a 15% fee for the service and the remainder is deposited to your account 2x per year.
